An Investigation Of The Effectiveness Of Coping Strategies As A Tool Mitigating Staffing Challenges In Public Primary Schools: A Case Of Gatanga District, Murang’a County
The study sought to investigate the coping strategies employed by headteachers in public primary schools in Gatanga District. The study utilized a descriptive research design using 211 teachers and headteachers. The study found that the student ration was 33 pupils per teacher indicate shortages in view of UNESCO recommendations.
